Spring 2012 Life Groups

SUN-01:  Leaders-Dale and Lisa West

Out Live Your Life – What if you lived in such a way that the world was glad you did?  We’re living in devastating times: 1.75 billion people are desperately poor, natural disasters are gouging entire nations, and economic uncertainty still reigns across the world.  But we’ve been given a choice-an opportunity to make a big difference during challenging time.  What if we did?

SUN-02: Leaders-Pastor TJ and Betsy Wolfe

Not A Fan - Twenty times in the New Testament, Jesus issued a compelling and challenging invitation to follow Him.  He’s not interested in mere fans.  He doesn’t want enthusiastic admirers.  He wants completely committed followers.  The question is are you a fan or a follower?

SUN-03: Leaders-Rich Roberts and Dave Taylor

Men’s Fraternity -  More than just a rally or a Bible study, Men's Fraternity provides men with an encouraging process that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. This study focuses on the two areas that are central to a man’s life: his career and his family. This journey builds the walls of manhood by dealing with such topics as understanding women, marriage, sex, dating, conflict, money, parenting and the world of work.

SUN-04: Leaders-Jon and Renee Beamer

Enabling Your Teens to Put Wings to Their Faith: Many parents wonder if their teens have lost their child-like faith or their minds!  The truth is, your teen now has a reasoning mind, and he analyzes his life situations to find truth.  What is your role in this season of parenting to train them to put wings to their faith?   This life group will examine and encourage fulfillment of the parental and teen roles in personal spiritual development.

SUN-05: Leaders-Pastor Keith and Sheila Frix

Circle Maker- Do you ever sense that there's far more to prayer, and to God's vision for your life, than what you're experiencing? It's time you learned from the legend of Honi the Circle Maker---a man bold enough to draw a circle in the sand and not budge from inside it until God answered his prayers for his people. What impossibly big dream is God calling you to draw a prayer circle around?

FRI-01: Leaders-Charlie and Lyn Krager

Common Mistakes Singles Make– Dating and marriage. Financial planning. Career choices. Family relationships. Friendships with the opposite sex. Are these areas that cause you to stumble?  If so, you’re not alone.  Christian singles struggle with these issues every day.   These areas all carry with them the potential for positive or negative consequences in life.

FRI-02: Leaders-Jeff and Bonnie Kurtis

Parents With Broken Hearts: For those parents actively walking out the life of the prodigal father today.  An open and honest study of present day prodigals. We will study who they are and why they do what they do.  Also we will be discussing the feelings that we as parents are struggling with while on this road.

SAT-01: Leaders-Doug Scott

Understanding Dreams and Visions: Most dreams are dismissed as too much pizza, indigestion, scary movies, etc.  We spend almost a third of our life sleeping.  Is it possible that God is talking and we are not listening or rejecting our dreams as bad pizza.  This session will look at biblical dreams and the biblical interpretation of dreams.  It will provide various keys for hearing, remembering and understanding our dreams.
